I would like to tell you about my experience working with Ovi Moran.
In 2023 my husband and I lived in Lake Wales Florida. My husband was very ill . We planned on me moving to Salem , to be closer to family, once he passed. He passed away in August and I came to Salem to visit my sister. I knew I would be moving at some point so I chose Chase because of its many services.
I called the mortgage department and started the process for pre approval. I had not planned on looking at houses till spring but my sister did not want to wait and found a perfect house. I called the real estate department and Ovi answered. Told him about the property. He was on vacation but still checked the property and sent in an offer.
Once the offer was excepted I started working with the mortgage dept. Was not a good experience. First I was told I needed $50,000. down , then it went to $90,000 then $120,000. Then declined.
In a panic I called Ovi. He was great . He helped me get a new mortgage company .
I was newly widowed, in Florida, and at 74 years old I had not bought a home by myself.

Thanks to Ovi professionalism and kindness. He made a very stressful time much easier.
